Great place to come each week to socialize and meet other people facing the same difficulties. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the volunteers. Food is fantastic as is the complimentary therapy. Not much could be improved except more groups coming in to give thanks etc.

The care/advice I have received to date relates to pain control. I have had home visit.
The nurse arrived within the agreed time frame, she listened to my concerns/details without interruption and then discussed a proposed drug regime suitable for my condition following further discussion and explanation she contacted my GP to arrange a prescription.
Since my initial appointment, I have received two follow up calls and have surprised with a contact phone number. A4 greatly appreciated. I can also report that to date the pain does seem to be under control.
I cannot suggest any improvements. The help I have been given has been excellent. I am most grateful.

Very happy with care and support, they got from hospice at home team.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Just felt that it could have been explained a bit more what to do after re undertakers etc (said I would pass this on to team).

Very friendly and professional. Very clean and well organized. Lots of staff who are well trained. Lots of good advice ;and information are given. No much to improve on.
